This comprehensive solution covers social, legal and official visits.  In the case of a secure establishment, visitors can pre-book their visits and this can also be done over the web saving time and effort. The software is able to record date, time, person visited and personal information about each visitor.  As they arrive, digital photographs and their finger-scans are taken. At each additional checkpoint, their identity is verified and a detailed log for each visitor movement is stored. This helps through intelligence gathering, reduced administration and ensures that the right visitors are released while prisoners remain in detention.
