Let us introduce you to one of our latest products, the biometric kiosk. The NForce/ATM is a combination of biometrics, touch
screen and Unilink’s software applications. Piloted early in 2008 the results
of trial use were so good that over 200 were implemented in that year alone. Now this has become an accepted
technology, enjoyed by users who value being able to use the kiosks themselves
in a 'self service' culture. The business case for kiosks is
also realising a return on investment extreamly quickly, through reduced administration,
staff queries and
wastage. As a result, many of Unilink’s customers are benefitting from the
implementation of these kiosks.
NForce/ATM delivers a wide range of
applications direct to detainees. The organisations can take advantage of
reductions in administrative costs, minimizing food waste and the reduction of
tension in difficult high security environments.
